Dear Friend of Music,

We invite you to play your part in the beautiful music our students will be making this school year as a Niskayuna Friends of Music as a community sponsor!

As the “booster club” for the performing arts, Niskayuna Friends of Music is a non-profit volunteer organization. We rely on local businesses and organizations to support our district’s award-winning music program. And this school year is going to be an exciting one:

• 26 concerts during the 2023-2024 academic year, from elementary through high school

• District-wide choral festival returns to Proctors Theatre, with singers from 5th -12th grade performing

• 500 students participating in chorus, band and orchestra, from elementary through high school

• 11 different high school ensembles, including jazz, chamber and a cappella styles

• Oklahoma!: This year’s high school musical, with nearly 100 students in the cast, crew and orchestra

As a Friend of Music sponsor, your business or organization will appear in the printed program for ALL of these performances! From November through May, thousands of teachers, students, parents, grandparents and family members will see that you support music in our schools!

We hope you will join us, by choosing your Friends of Music sponsorship by Friday, October 20th, to be included in the program for our first fall concert series. Please see the attached form for sponsor levels and payment information.

In addition to our concert programs, your logo will be featured in three district-wide newsletters, and our website. We will also mail you a window cling for your business. And, you can also name a chair in our auditorium and be mentioned during remarks at each concert. As always, your gift is fully tax-deductible and can be paid by check or with a credit card via PayPal on our website (www.niskyfom.org).

Sponsorship Levels

Concertmaster: $75 donation or more

• Listing in all concert programs
• Business card– sized ad in “Notes” newsletters (Fall, Winter, Spring)
• Full-year advertising placement for your logo on our website (niskyfom.org)
• Friends of Music window cling

NOTIFY US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE if you are becoming/renewing your sponsorship, so your logo is included on our website and all publications. Donations to Niskayuna Friends of Music are tax-deductible to your business.  Email any questions to: Sarah Bilofsky at: [email protected].

Two ways to submit your Sponsorship Payment: 

1. Online: Visit niskyfom.org and complete the online sponsorship form, upload your logo or business card through the website and make full credit card payment using PayPal.
2. Check:  Email Sarah Bilofsky at: [email protected] with your sponsorship level and include a digital logo or scanned business card. Then, mail your check to:
